Born in the early 80‘s I 20th century, Jasmin Liebetrau grew up in the very pragmatic-minimalistic surrounding of Eastern Europe with an international rooted mix of relatives and ancestors, who have been officially progressive since the 16th century.

Very soon attracted by different noticed languages, which gave reasons for linguistic interests – the notable, but unusual choice to take Latin lessons for more than 5 years wasn‘t very surprising. To develop first semiotic systems, aged 3, just a little and first time drawings of buildings in perspective caused serious worries in preschool classes.

After successfully attending excellent and specialized educational programmes in fields like media design and visual communication, the decision to cover stated skills and adding other points of interest in the best possible variation

of interdisciplinary study fields in specific categories like documentary of cultural assets, expertise and object evaluation, damage prophylaxis, preventive conservation, integrated pest management, paleography,

physics, chemistry, archeometry, microbiology, history, examination and analysis, legal and media

matters, archive, inventory and depot management, was compulsory. As classic autodidact

effortless switching between different sujets and professional fields, resulted over

decades in a multidisciplinary, remarkable portfolio with outstanding skills of

enormous impact.
